In 2021, beekeeper Meike Siebert started out with a swarm of bees in a beehive. In a very short time, this developed into a small family beekeeping business with six bee colonies. As her work on the beehive grew, so did her responsibility and the joy of bringing honey closer to people. This joy can be found in every single jar of honey. In addition to the liquid and creamy blossom honeys, BienenWerk also produces beeswax candles in various forms. With its careful work, the "Bioland"-certified apiary makes an important contribution to nature, supports wild bees and acts sustainably.
