Short facts

  • Goslar

Goslar beer is brewed here three times a week in the traditional way.

With their 10-hectoliter brewhouse, master brewer Odin Paul and journeyman Arne Kosik brew one to three times a week in the traditional artisanal style. Using selected raw materials and Harz brewing water, the two brewers constantly produce different types of beer fresh. After an extensive resting period in the lager cellar, all beers are served directly from the tap.

When putting together the menu, master brewer and host Odin Paul applies the same standards as when brewing beer: Processing regional products, freshness and craftsmanship in preparation.

In the historic, modern ambience of the listed house dating from 1720, guests can therefore look forward to genuine Harz taste experiences. There is also the opportunity to learn interesting facts about the art of brewing beer and Gose on a guided tour of the brewery. Of course, beer can also be purchased at the brewery for home or as a gift.

The following products have been awarded the "Typically Harz" regional brand:
  • the entire gastronomic establishment
  • Helle Gose
  • Dunkle Gose
  • Rammelsberger Pils
