The eMotorcycle tour starts in Osterode am Harz and first leads through Herzberg to Bad Sachsa and then along the Oderteich near Sankt Andreasberg to Altenau. The Oderteich is the largest of the more than 100 Upper Harz ponds and still supplies the Samson mine with water. Winding through the Okertal along the Oker reservoir, it goes on to Goslar. Halfway to the oldest mining facilities at Rammelsberg and the medieval center of the World Heritage town of Goslar lie the remains of the first settlement of Rammelsberg miners, the so-called Bergedorf. The charming old town of Goslar, with over 1,500 half-timbered houses, impressive ramparts, and Romanesque churches is best experienced in a guided city tour. The tour then continues to Wildemann, where the only accessible Upper Harz water drainage tunnel, the 19-Lachter-Stollen, is located. Afterwards, it goes through Bad Grund back to Osterode am Harz, where the tour ends.
