Here you follow the "Schlackenweg" (2K green bar) to the right until the path junction "Rolle". Of the three options to get to Wolfshagen in the Harz, choose the right path "2 V green triangle". Enjoy the beautiful viewpoints along the way to the "Altarklippen" with views of the holiday park and the Bocksberg. At the "Altarklippen" (stamp point 171) you have a wonderful view of the "Granestausee" and can pause for a moment. Back on the hiking route, orient yourself by the designation "2S green triangle" which leads you through the forest, past the "Sommerberghütte" shelter on the "Sommerbergstraße" to Wolfshagen (town center). Always following the path "2S green triangle", keep left at the next intersection. Passing a second shelter and a second intersection, the signage for the outdoor pool "Wölfi-Bad" and the "Valeystraße", as part of the "Försterstieg", leads you past the pool into the town center. To get to the quarry at Heimberg (stamp point 109), use the streets "Am Borbergsbach" and its branch "Streittorstraße". During the circuit, there is a great view into the renatured quarry. The path leads further into the town center. From here, a detour to the "Schäderbaude" (3T, 2B, 2T blue dot, blue bar) is worthwhile. The hut is occasionally staffed (Sundays from 11:00 a.m.).
