The motorcycle tour is 155 km long. It starts and finishes in Förste, near Osterode. Ride out of Förste on the Förster Straße in the direction of Osterode. Then turn left onto the B 241 main road. Shortly after this, join the B 243 in the direction of Herzberg. Continue on the B27 and B243 until the turning for Bad Sachsa. Turn immediately right into Bahnhofstraße and ride to Neuhof. In Neuhof turn left onto Harzstraße. This will take you to Walkenried.
Keep going to the centre of the village. There you should turn left onto Wiedaer Straße. Stay on this road and ride into the Harz.
After the village of Wieda turn left onto the L 600 in the direction of Braunlage. After Brunnenbachsmühle you will reach a roundabout. Take the third exit onto the B 4. The B 4 is a main road. Take the first exit and ride in the direction of Bad Lauterberg. At Oderhaus turn right towards Sankt Andreasberg.
In Sankt Andreasberg follow the Clausthaler Straße out of the village towards Bad Harzburg. Do not ride all the way to Bad Harzburg but at Sonnenberg turn left onto the B 242. At the next junction turn right onto the B 498 and ride in the direction of Altenau. Stay on the B 498 through Altenau and continue to Goslar. There you should turn left onto the B 241 and continue to the Historic Town of Goslar.
The B 241 circles around the Historic Town of Goslar. Beyond the turning to the Rammelsberg Mine turn right onto the B 82. Stay on the B 82. Note: at the junction before the railway bridge you need to turn left. The B 82 becomes a fast main road. Stay on this road past Astfeld to Langelsheim. At the exit "Langelsheim-Süd" leave the main road and turn immediately right into the scenic Innerste Valley (in the direction of Lautenthal). This road will take you to Lautenthal and then to Wildemann.
After Wildemann turn right onto the B 242. At the next junction turn left onto the Clausthaler Straße to the village of Bad Grund. Stay on the road until you pass through Windhausen.
Beyond Windhausen ride through a small tunnel under the B 243. Immediately after the tunnel turn right towards Gittelde and then immediately left to Eisdorf. After Eisdorf turn left in Nienstedt. This will take you back to Förste, where the tour started.
