The wildcat enclosure in Bad Harzburg offers visitors a unique insight into the life of the shy wildcats.
From the battlements of the impressive center, you can see the wildcats roaming through the enclosures.
You can spot the magnificent animals from the elevated viewing platform of the adventure center. It is an absolute highlight when the wildcats pose in front of visitors or impressively reach for their food. In this exceptionally large enclosure, which is very comfortable for wildcats, the wildcats are confident, relaxed and open. Great pictures can be taken from the viewing towers with the appropriate photographic equipment.
The new NABU exhibition provides further informative insights into the life of the wildcat. It is designed to be interactive, with lots of opportunities to try things out. In this way, the life of wildcats can be understood in the truest sense of the word
The opening times are Wednesday to Sunday 10 am to 4 pm ( last admission 3.30 pm ).
Feedings: 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm.
