Karst hiking trail south Harz

The southern Harz karst hiking trail runs over 200 km from Sangerhausen to Osterode through an area rich in gypsum. The landscape extends over the districts of Osterode am Harz in Lower Saxony, Nordhausen in Thuringia and Mansfeld-Südharz in Saxony Anhalt. The route can be hiked either in a north or south variant.
