Culture and children come together at the water playground in Hahnenklee-Bockswiese.
This playground is located at the Upper Raft Pond in the middle of the "UNESCO World Heritage Site Upper Harz Water Management". Trying things out and touching them is encouraged here. Children can play extensively on the barrel drum and the water pump. Water flows through the various channels made of natural wood and into the various play elements depending on the position of the slider. In this way, the children learn about the system and the importance of water for mining.
Tip: The playground is part of the "Liebesbankweg" hiking trail in Hahnenklee and can therefore be perfectly included in an unforgettable day out for the whole family!
