The Ornithology Museum Heineanum looks back of more than 175 years of bird history.

The Ornithology Museum Heineanum was originally developed from the collection of the landowner Ferdinand Heine and looks back of more than 175 years of bird history. In the exhibitions native as well as birds from all over the world are presented in all its forms and colours. Find also out about the evolution and endangered species. On display are the Halberstädter dinosaurs too (skeletons of plesiosaurus and plateosaurus).
