The "Kaiserpfalz" is an log sauna at a temperature of 85° C, where a herbal brew over the stove exudes aromatic fragrance. After your sauna session, relax on the saltwater graduated wall and breathe in the healthy salty air before you cool off in the luxurious shower, the ice fountain or the cooling pool in our sauna garden. Our panoramic relaxation room promises relaxation and also offers a view of the Leaning Tower of Bad Frankenhausen®. Himalayan salt and original Dead Sea salt from Jordan have been used on the walls and floor of the Dead Sea salt grotto. When the room temperature is 22°C and the air humidity is up to 60%, negative ions dissolve from the salt and enrich the surrounding air. In addition, the salt cave is nebulised with saltwater from a certified local Kyffhäuser spring
