Enjoying the rare and exceptional honey from one of the highest beekeepers in the Harz Mountains is a special taste experience. In his honey manufactory, Stephan Koppelin focuses entirely on the natural management of his bee colonies.
Shaped by the harsh Harz climate and the virtual absence of agriculture, his bees mainly fly over the surrounding meadows, forests and the last orchards in the Harz region.
Due to the wide variety of flowers and the short flying season in the mountains, the honey from each colony is harvested separately. This gives each Harz honey its own individual character.
