Sponblätter - Emil Peter's delicious legacy
We have the founder Emil Peters to thank for the wonderful Sponblätter, which are still made to the original recipe by master confectioner Klaus Ellinghaus today.
Made from a crispy baked almond and marzipan mixture, the Sponblatt curves like a planed chip. Coated with fine dark chocolate coating and crunchy to the bite, it unfolds its tart, unmistakable taste in the mouth. A treat for connoisseurs!
