The success story of Café Peters began in 1919 and, thanks to its outstanding confectionery products, it became one of the most renowned establishments in Bad Harzburg.
We have the founder Emil Peters to thank for the wonderful Sponblätter, which are still made to the original recipe by master confectioner Klaus Ellinghaus today.
