The products are made fresh by hand every day according to traditional recipes using selected and natural ingredients. No preservatives are used in favor of taste and natural freshness.
Harzer Kräuterküche
Küchenmeister Elke Schnibbe gives a professional introduction to Harz herb cuisine. With a maximum of 8 participants, 8 to 10 wild herbs are collected on a short hike and tasted at a picnic. Back in Bad Lauterberg, a 4-course menu is prepared together with the herbs and enjoyed with corresponding wines.
If an overnight stay is desired, there is a 10% discount on the overnight price with breakfast.
